Momento: Unique Journal Writing on iPhone

You have to LOVE teaser pages, because they do exactly as the term implies: teases you. Momento is an upcoming iPhone app that teases with a little bit of info to get us salivating — well, if you’re into journal writing, that is.

Developed by D3i, here’s what we know:

  • Capture ‘moments’ by writing your diary throughout the day
  • Tag memorable events
  • Tag people
  • Tag places
  • Create custom tags
  • Attach photos
  • Rate ‘moments’
  • See your social feeds as part of your diary
That’s relatively easy to figure out, actually. To me it sounds like the app will let you write journal/diary entries in sections, called “moments”. Each moment will allow you to attach various items that may be memorable in some way, be it a picture of something cool you just saw, a Twitter entry or feed that you just read, or you could even create tags of people or places (I assume it will be done Facebook-style).
What I’m hoping is that there is a way to either print remotely or sync your iPhone app with a PC/Mac app to ensure you don’t ever lose these precious moments.
No word on anything else; all we know is that it’s officially coming.
