BasicIP Management, Inc. is developing an iPhone application (iCapture which is short for Invention Capture) for capturing invention ideas. The application will implement a very simple invention disclosure (click here for Invention Disclosure pdf). It is an open question whether people will be able to use this to do full disclosures, or just to start disclosures and then email the disclosure back to their laptop for completion. We’d like you to try the application and let us know what you think.

Are you creative? Have you come up with some ideas of your own? Now may be a good chance to have your voice heard in a safe forum. Check out the site and it will give you instructions on how to get signed up for the beta.

FriendFeed is becoming a popular choice for those into social media. While it may not have the popularity or name familiarity as Twitter, it’s still growing quite fast.

Few iPhone apps have tackled FriendFeed yet, so Amigo is a nice breath of fresh air for those who are looking for a quality FF client and are willing to pay a few bucks to get it.

Submitted to the App Store for review yesterday, check out Amigo. Once available, it will be sold for $2.99.

If you have friends with iPhones, have some spare time and would enjoy the opportunity to beta test a new iPhone app, here is a great chance for you to do so. The new app going through beta testing right now is called hideNtweet and is looking for willing and able iPhone 3G users to participate.

As the name implies, this particular app will use Twitter accounts to help you communicate with the other participants. For the sake of privacy and competition, however, little additional information is provided. All that is known publicly at this point is that it’s a game of Hide and Seek that utilizes your iPhone’s camera, GPS, and Twitter. To touch home or tag others, take a picture of them with your camera.

Designed and developed by Dove Valley Apps, hideNtweet aims to add a social aspect to iPhone gaming that few other apps attempt to do yet. We don’t have any screenshots yet, but visit hideNtweet’s website to apply for the beta. The site will explain in detail exactly what you’ll need to send in your application to have a good chance at being chosen.

Movie Genie will enable you to easily access movie-related information directly from the app. With it, you can:

• Search for movie, TV title, or person on IMDb
• Access detailed information on each search
• Add items to your favorites list
• View search/browse history
• Displays character names and release years
• Trivia, summaries, goofs, etc
